I am getting my future house built with Blackstone in Woodhaven Edgemont currently. I must say after extensive research done on numerous builders in Edm area, the quality and value of Blackstone Homes is second to none. I have also been very fortunate to work with Guneet & Jesse from the onset of this purchase and most recently Keegan as well. Guneet in particular is a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the building scope and has been very articulate with our numerous dealings, plethora of questions and the fine details. Jesse and Keegan have also been great to deal with and respond in a timely, professional manner if ever needed. Much appreciated for your dedicated efforts guys. Blackstone is lucky to have you!

After an exhaustive search, we finally walked into a Blackstone home and met with Guneet. Dealing with her was terrific, she has exceptional customer service skills as well as extensive knowledge. The great thing about dealing with Blackstone homes was the upfront cost, there was no hidden charge or anything like that. Guneet walked us through the show home and showed us what comes as standard and what are the upgrades. Honestly, she got all the answers on her figure tips.

The upgrades are very few, unlike the other home builders. We are very thrilled to have our house built by Blackstone Homes. We are looking forward to having a great time.

I’m currently in the process of building a home with Blackstone. After viewing many showhomes, the quality of their homes was second to none.

More impressive has been the service provided from my sales representative, Guneet. She has been patient in answering the countless questions required before purchasing a home. She is personable and explains concepts with clarity and detail making the process extremely welcoming. Guneet demonstrates passion and knowledge of her craft that every business would be fortunate to have. Both her and Keegan have been very accommodating and timely if ever needed. I truly look forward to the upcoming months of collaboration with this exceptional team at Blackstone in building a home I know I will be proud of. A BIG SHOUT OUT to the most amazing Sales Representative in the Home Building Industry Guneet Pandher at Blackstone Homes. The first time we walked into the Woodhaven Blackstone Show Home, we were very impressed with this beautiful home, the details, the quality, the craftsmanship, immediately we knew this was the Builder we wanted to build our dream home with (We shopped around with other builders before making our final decision but we always found ourselves returning to Blackstone because of Guneet, after many visits we knew, we did not need to look any further). Our connection with Guneet the first time she greeted us into the show home was instant - both my kids, my husband and I felt welcomed and cared for, when Guneet walked us thru the show home she explained every detail and noted up front what was standard and was an upgrade in this home. We are very happy and grateful we have met Guneet, she is very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy who always has an answer to every question we have! We started our journey to build our dream home in January, the selection of the LOT was huge for us - Guneet’s knowledge and experience in this industry goes a long way which helped us a lot with this lifetime decision. During the process of designing, customizing our home plans Guneet (and the drafting team) at Blackstone were so so helpful, resourceful, we reviewed every detail with Guneet and her amazing feedback and knowledge meant a lot to us - we are very excited and cant wait to see our dream home come together in the upcoming months. Guneet has been an amazing resource at Blackstone, she always responds to emails, text messages, phone calls and she is always touching base with us.

Guneet and Jesse have been assisting me with the custom plans that I brought in to build our new home. Guneet is professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. She has been most helpful in all the changes, ideas and issues that I had brought up. She has always had an answer that was accurate and not just rhetoric to pacify me. The dedication and personal service I have received really does make me feel very special and so excited about building with this well represented company. Guneet and Jesse make a great team as Guneet ’s taste run more towards traditional/ classic and Jesse’s tend to be a more modern taste. This is such a perfect combination.
