I dont usually write reviews but felt I needed to about my experiences with this company. From the moment we walked into the showhome and met Guneet we felt that we had found the right builder for us and could trust them. We are not easy people to deal with, a little grumpy maybe and definitely not patient or will to accept anything less than perfection. Well we were without a doubt blown away by not only the craftsmanship and style of our chosen house. It was a very pleasant surprise to be told no this is all standard! No huge mark ups , no well if you want it to look this way then it will be an extra however many thousand!!! We were dealt with by Guneet. This young lady was amazing. She was great to deal with, straight forward, direct and always professional. We had many laughs with her all the while knowing and trusting her to get it done. She was a dream to deal with from start to finish. Bringing me onto Priya and Jay the owners. They were always available if we wanted to chat and kept us informed through everything. Nothing was ever to much trouble for any of Guneet Priya or Jay to deal with. They made us feel welcome, cared for and listened to. They accomodated us with a quicker build time without skimping on quality. this attention to detail and care has continued after possession. We have had zero issues with our house.
To finish Thank You Blackstone for an amazing experience but an even bigger thanks to Guneet for putting up with our questions, concerns, and general annoyingness. It was a pleasure dealing with you all. Would recommend Blackstone to anyone.

Blackstone homes has built us the home my wife and I always dreamed of having. We have planned and worked for this dream for quite some time. Those of you whom have built a custom home, know that the building doesn't stop upon possession day. Our main contact for the post possession renos/subcontracting / servicing / site managing is Scott. Scott has shown to be attentive to what work we would like done. He is prompt with emails and texts, and fast creates a relationship which you feel you can trust and rely on him. I have seen Scott execute a job on his own, as well as spearhead an entire crew. In either setting his skillset and forward thinking yield great satisfying results. Scott is a major asset to Blackstone and while I'm working with them I'm confident every job will be done to the highest standard. This guy really does it all, and is the " jack of all trades" . Also, during these trying times he is considerate to covid protocol as our home is high risk for certain family members. As it stands I would recommend Scott for any project that you may have, and we are very pleased with the work he has done in ours.

We would highly recommend Blackstone Homes when choosing a home builder. We had been looking and researching for years to find more of a custom builder at a reasonable price and then we came across Blackstone one day when touring all of the showhomes in Woodhaven Edgemont. We have been dealing solely with the Sales Manager named Guneet and she could not be more professional, knowledgeable, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication and expertise is like no other sales person we've ever dealt with. We are so very excited to be building our dream home with Blackstone Homes!:)

My husband and I were originally planning to buy a resale at the start of our house hunt, but our "just for fun" trip to the Blackstone showhome completely changed that. Between the workmanship and the service, we very quickly realized that nothing could come close to competing with the Blackstone experience.

The workmanship: Blackstone takes a lot of pride in their product and it shows. Their floorplans are designed with the modern family in mind (tons of storage, open concept, no wasted space) and the finishes that are included in their homes mean that there is very little upgrading to do. Their homes are beautiful and several of them include open-to-above great rooms -- something we've always coveted but thought only existed in the huge lottery dream homes we visit for fun. They really understand their customers and the level of quality they expect, as opposed to other builders who try to entice you with low prices, but end up charging you several figures in upgrades. Blackstone is a completely custom builder and yet we are building pretty much an exact replica of the showhome as we could not think of anything to change (and that is saying a lot as we have very specific taste!).

The service: Guneet is the most knowledgeable, professional, and generally "on-it" sales manager I have ever met. We shopped several builders (and have built in the past) and she blows them all away. Her memory for detail is incredible and we feel extremely at-ease with our file in her hands as we know that nothing will be missed. She is also extremely friendly and easy to get along with -- I consider her a friend at this point and we love swinging by the showhome just to chat with her! She has been incredibly responsive and goes out of her way to check in and ensure that we're been on the same page throughout every step of the building process.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience building with Blackstone and recommend them to everyone. We feel fortunate that they happened to be one of the builders in our target neighbourhood and we cannot wait to move into our forever home!

As soon as you walk into a Blackstone show home, you'll recognize immediately they are not like other builders. Other builders will nickel and dime you for "upgrades" which come standard with Blackstone. In 5 years of walking into show homes, Guneet has been by far the easiest to talk to about building a home. She's not only knowledgeable but she's honest, to the point, and friendly. She makes you feel like family. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement, often responding to emails immediately even though she's extremely busy. Thank you, Guneet and Blackstone!

Guneet has been a pleasure to deal with. She listened to what we wanted and if she couldn’t answer our questions immediately she found out the answer and got back to us quickly. Priya has also helped us with the process of starting to build our new home. They have been very professional and we look forward to the construction and completion of our new home.
