We moved to our new home 2 months ago in Starling. It was a very pleasant experience building our home with Blackstone. They go through with us on every stage of construction and helped a great deal in selection of finishing material, color scheme and even lighting. Great service.

This is our 2nd home with Blackstone homes . The 1st one was a prebuilt one. It was gorgeous but we just wanted a more private yard so we chose to build with Blackstone on a more private lot. We always wanted to build and because we had such a good experience with Priya in the 1st home we felt confident to build with them on the lot we fell in love with. The whole process for the most part was very good. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way but Priya and Jay always resolved them. I love their product and Priya always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We have been in the new house for 2 months now and I can honestly say everytime I walk into our new home it always puts a smile on my face. It was definitely worth the wait . ?

What an amazing journey so far with Blackstone Homes! It started out with a showing through a listed home over in Woodhaven. It is a bungalow with a most modern and practical layout we have come across. Talk about attention to detail!
So we just had to follow up with the builder - Blackstone, to see if it was for real. Turns out it was for real. We stopped in to meet Teresa at the Ridgecrest show home. Teresa and Priya met us with super friendly, knowledgeable, and totally capable of handling all of our questions. It all resulted in us building a home with Blackstone. Teresa has treated us so well; answering all our questions, dealing with our concerns, making us feel special as we went through the upfront work of designs, approvals, finishings. It all went so smoothly. Teresa and Priya have really looked after us.
As we transition into the construction mode we want to thank Teresa and Priya for their unwavering support and we look forward to working with Jay and the construction team.

We are currently building with Blackstone and have been extremely pleased with our experience. Teresa at the show home has been helpful, knowledgeable and kind, often going out of her way to quickly find answers to our many questions. She’s made this process enjoyable for us, and we are excited to move into our home!

From lot selection to blueprint, Jaskaran has been an amazing partner since day one. We really appreciate his honesty, resourcefulness, quickness to respond, and commitment to ensuring we are always making the best and most informed decisions. As such, we’re very excited to be moving on to the next stage in the design of our dream home with Blackstone.

After an exhaustive search, we finally walked into a Blackstone home and met with Guneet. Dealing with her was terrific, she has exceptional customer service skills as well as extensive knowledge. The great thing about dealing with Blackstone homes was the upfront cost, there was no hidden charge or anything like that. Guneet walked us through the show home and showed us what comes as standard and what are the upgrades. Honestly, she got all the answers on her figure tips.

The upgrades are very few, unlike the other home builders. We are very thrilled to have our house built by Blackstone Homes. We are looking forward to having a great time.
