My wife, her brother, and I visited Showhomes built by different builders all over Edmonton, spoke extensively with their representatives, and collected details. ’Blackstone Homes’ had a clear edge over the rest in terms of quality and finish.

One of the areas where ’Blackstone Homes’ stands out over other Builders is that they pretty much offer most of the goodness as standard whereas you will have to pay for them as upgrades with others. And their representatives are one of the best.

She quickly understood our preferences, our budget and provided us with valuable inputs on what works and what doesn’t. It’s a pleasure working with her.

My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Blackstone Homes on building our first house in Woodhaven Edgemont. Guneet, our sales manager, was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us throughout the purchasing and blueprint process. She has excellent customer service and was able to answer every questions we had. From the beginning, we never felt pressured into making decisions.

The homes at Blackstone Homes are beautiful in design yet functional with high quality materials. They are a custom home builder so we also got to modify the floorplan to exactly how we want it. They offer lots of standard upgrades that are optional upgrades for other builders so their pricing is fair. Guneet offered genuine advices to help us make decisions about our home that we would enjoy long term. For the upgrades that we decided to add, Guneet was also very knowledgeable and transparent about the prices.

The staff at Blackstone Homes are professional and always respond in a timely manner. My wife and I are very excited to go into the selection appointments next and working with the rest of the Blackstone team. We look forward to the building process of our custom Blackstone home!

My wife and I were visiting another family member in the uplands. On our way home we saw signs for the Woodhaven show home and decided to make a quick detour to take a look at the homes offered. The first 2 builders didn’t really fit our needs as we are a young family and their designs didn’t really seem as functional for a family like ours.

We went to the Blackstone show home last. We are promptly welcomed by Guneet and were invited in to take a look. From this first contact we never felt any pressure just a welcoming invite to explore the home. We absolutely fell in love with the home and design, but quickly came to the assumption that a home of this size and quality with the finishing we saw would likely exceed our budget by a few hundred thousand dollars.
After our walk through we reluctantly asked a few questions in regards to the home, finally landing on pricing. Guneet was very direct in providing the details we were looking for and listening to what we were looking for.
She was able to match us with a spec home that had just began foundation. When it came to pricing we were pleasantly surprised and how reasonable the home was priced for the product they were providing.
The thing that really helped sell us was many of the items we were mentioning we would consider normal upgrades were included as their standard options.
The few upgrades we did request to be completed included some larger requests (stone fire wall to roof, coffered ceilings, Wet bar extension). Jay the owner was very receptive to working with us on these items and making sure we were satisfied. By no means did we ever expect the owner of the homebuilding company to get as involved as he was willing to. They have really gone above and beyond.

Guneet has been very patient with us during the entire process and has had answers for all of the thousands of questions we have had. She truly is 1 text away.

Design center appointment with Priya was very enjoyable as well. Many of the small items we expected (from past building experience) would be upgrades turned out to be standard. We were able to build the exact home we wanted with minimal additional costs.
To this point we have been satisfied with the process and think the pricing has been very fair. We look forward to taking possession later on this year.

My husband and I are very happy with our experience at Blackstone Homes. We have been working with Jaskaran at the Hawks Ridge showhome. Jaskaran has been very helpful since the first stages, we
even changed our minds a few times and Jaskaran was always patient and helped us through the process. Jaskaran is extremely knowledgable and if he doesn’t have an answer to something, he will get an answer in a timely manner. He also responds very quickly to emails which is a great convenience for me. As first time home buyers, our experience is very positive and relatively stress-free. We are excited for the next steps in our home building process with Blackstone Homes.

After months of searching, we came across Blackstone Homes and finally found a home that will be perfect for our family. We loved the quality, layout and how spacious the homes they build. Our sales rep Jaskaran is awesome to work with. He’s been very helpful and patient since Day 1 in assisting us and answering any questions that we have. Buying a new home is always a challenging task but the process becomes a lot easier if you have the right person by your side. We were looking for a new home and had visited several showhomes before coming to Blackstone. We were driving by the Area and decided to see the showhome as i really liked the community and location.
Our sales manager Guneet gave us a tour of the showhome and explained everything step by step. Everything that I was thinking would be an upgrade is a standard at Blackstone. The workmanship and quality of the house is top notch. Guneet has a very good knowledge of her product and explains everything patiently. Since we were looking for a quick possession, she was able to match us up with a home that met all our requirements and would be ready in a matter of few months rather than waiting for an year.
