We’ve seen a couple of showhomes but we kept coming back to Blackstone.

Met with Jay’s family (the owner), we are impressed with their custom built homes where most upgrades come to them as standard. Eventually met with Guneet who patiently toured us to the houses for sale, the lots available, and the showhomes(a few times) until we finally made a decision. Guneet is excellent with communicating to us, pointing every detail, and will rely on our comfort and what will work best for our family. We did not feel rushed to purchase. Though custom builders, they do not make the process complicated. You feel the warmth and openness as soon as you come to the showhome and discuss. They give you time to think. And bonus is, for each appointment that we have with Guneet, Netflix is ready for our kids. Everybody is taken cared of.

So far, we are satisfied with the way Blackstone treats us. Will update this comment months after possession.

We walked into a Blackstone Homes show home with no immediate plans of purchasing and left building a new house! Guneet is absolutely AMAZING and made us feel comfortable and confident about our decision to build. She worked with us on budget, and never once made us feel pressured about the purchase or any upgrades. On many occasions I would give her an idea of my vision and she would work with me to find a cheaper alternative so my dream home still fit within my budget. She is very responsive and helps answer all of our questions and keep our minds at ease. I have two friends who have previously built with Blackstone Homes, and the one piece of advice they all gave me prior to exploring our building options was, "Make sure you deal with Guneet!" and I am so glad I did. If you’re ever in the market for a new home, see Guneet as she is honest, amazing, funny, and the most "no stress" salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with!

We have had a wonderful experience building with Blackstone Homes. We could not have picked a better builder to make our dream home come to life. We felt involved throughout the entire process, and our questions were always given prompt and detailed answers.

Prior to signing our purchase contract, the salesperson was very succinct and professional. Our questions were always given prompt and detailed answers. We also appreciated how much was already included in the purchase price from the outset. We did not have to upgrade much, as this builder offers so many high-end finishings as standard.

At the selection stage, being able to choose our interior finishings and customize many aspects of the home was something that we immensely enjoyed. We felt as though we were given lots of flexibility and autonomy in making sure our home fit the vision we had for it. During the build, our emails regarding construction timelines and updates were always answered promptly, and we felt kept in the loop on matters pertaining to our home.

Once we took possession of the home, Blackstone Homes continued to exemplify professionalism and a high quality of service. Any aspects of the home that required rectification were promptly dealt with. For example, one of our cabinets needed replacing due to warping, and this was taken care of quickly and without stress. Overall, I highly recommend building with Blackstone Homes. We have had a positive experience building with them, and their commitment to meeting the needs of the homeowners is truly appreciated!

My wife and I have been contemplating between buying an existing home or building another to get everything we want. We had looked at several homes and could not find anything we wanted at a reasonable price. We had never heard of Blackstone and wandered into the Woodhaven show home one afternoon and were quite impressed with the quality of the home and the price it was listed at. After sitting with Guneet for a short period of time, we became very interested. What we really appreciated is the fact that Guneet listened. She took careful notes of our wants and conveyed those Troy. Within only a few days, they quickly came up with a plan that we were very excited about. With the limited size of the lot, Guneet was very good at coming up with suggestions of how we could fit what we wanted into the available space. We were also impressed with the costs quoted for some of the changes we wanted to make. We felt they were very reasonable and we were being treated fairly and getting good value for our money. Guneet and Blackstone were very patient with us and had invested a fair bit of their time before they had a commitment from us. We are still in the final design stages and cannot yet comment on the build process but after our experience so far, we are confident that Guneet and Blackstone can get us to the finish line with everyone being happy. My fiance and I purchased our new spec home through Blackstone Homes this March. The whole process from start to finish was wonderful. Priya helped us from start to finish and was very informative, kind, punctual and made us feel like family. Any questions I had, she was very responsive and always had an answer. Not to mention Susheel who was quick to answer us with any concerns we had. The quality of blackstone homes was like no other builder we’ve seen throughout our home search. We were awe struck when we walked in and saw the high end finishes and spacious vaulted ceiling. If you’re looking for your forever home, look no further then Blackstone, you won’t be disappointed.

We built a custom home with Blackstone Homes in 2022-2023. We are so in love with the finishings in our home. There were so many standard options to choose from - and from paint, to tile, cabinets, hardwood, and on - it was truly amazing to see our vision come to life. We moved in February 2023 and couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out.
