Before we even signed the contract, our salesperson was very transparent about timelines and pricing, which we really appreciated. She really cared about making sure that we got every item on our wish list and offered her own recommendations on features to add in our home. The selection process was also very seamless. We did not have to upgrade much at all, because most of their nicer finishes are already included in the standard features of the home. Again, they were very open about pricing at this stage, and the head office was also kind enough to give us some discounts on items we really wanted but were a bit out of our budget. I think this is indicative of a builder who goes above and beyond for their customer. We kept up with our build throughout and had three walkthroughs to see the progress of our home. The possession was also very seamless. Following the possession, there were a few minor things to fix up, and our communication with the service department and site supervisor was efficient and effective. They responded to our requests and sent the trades to our home in a timely manner to get the job done. Our post possession inquiries have been sorted out professionally by Blackstone, and we would like to recognize that by leaving this review. We would recommend going with this builder for a custom and positive building experience.
