I am very satisfied with this Company. I got the house I wanted and I am so in love with the house every day. High level of customer service. Everything went as planned. Prompt ressponse to inquiry. A follow up schedule to ensure customer have no issues .House design is how I wanted. My big thanks goes to Guineet who helped a lot with managing timing through all the process. It was very appreciated. Blackstone is highly recommended as Builder. You will never be disappointed.

My family is planning on moving into a bigger home in the future and we spent some free time this summer visiting different show homes, to see what is out there and plan ahead. When we walked into the blackstone Kinglet showhome and met with Guneet we knew that we didn’t want to deal with another builder.
Guneet is an experienced sales representative who is always willing to help. All i nee to do is to text her or put a call through to her cell phone to make inquiries and she would get nack with an answer in no time.
It is always a pleasure dealing with Guneet and she has gotten us to fall in love with blackstone homes, that we are sure we wouldn’t be dealing with any other builder.
Blackstone has awesome options and being a custom builder, they are able to birth your idea into reality however, Guneet is the icing on the cake for this organization.

After shopping around different builders we decided to go with Blackstone homes and had a positive experience working with the builder as first time home owners. Guneet was very responsive to any question we had, and actually, it was due to her support and assurance at the start that we are in our home today!
